An elegant and well balanced extra virgin olive oil, created from a blend of 70% Frantoio, 20% Moraiolo, and 20% Leccino. The authenticity of Tuscany, captured in a certified organic IGP olive oil.
Pairings: Perfect for enhancing legume salads, traditional Tuscan soups, vegetable purées, roasted fish, and grilled white meats dishes where the oil takes center stage with awareness.
