Our extra virgin olive oil comes from the hills of Reggello and the surrounding areas, between 500 and 700 meters above sea level. A place where climate, soil, and light interact daily with the plant, decisively contributing to the quality of the fruit. Time, for us, is an ally. Quality doesn't love haste, but the right speed. After harvesting, the olives are immediately taken to the mill; the time between the field and the pressing is reduced to the bare minimum, because any unnecessary delay distances the oil from its source.
