The collection Monocultivar Frantoio MasaccioIt was born from the desire to showcase each olive variety in its most authentic expression. Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Leccino are processed separately to preserve their identity, sensory profile, and connection to the Reggello area, on the slopes of Pratomagno.
Each oil is the result of careful harvesting by brushing and a cold pressing within a few hours, produced using technologically advanced equipment and rigorously controlled oxidation. This results in distinct and recognizable Tuscan extra virgin olive oils, capable of clearly and consistently expressing vegetal, fruity, and balsamic notes.
