An extra virgin olive oil with character, an authentic expression of the Frantoio cultivar.
Color: The golden yellow color is interlaced with intense green highlights.
Sensory Profile: On the nose and palate, it reveals a harmonious yet assertive structure, with complex vegetal notes of artichoke and fresh almond. Bitterness and spiciness are present, pleasant and well-balanced, adding personality without excess.
Pairings: An oil with character, designed for dishes that demand presence. Perfect with wild herb salads, gratinated shellfish, and grilled white meats.
